These rules apply universally to all CASK PRIVACY members and their guests to ensure a premium and harmonious experience within the CASK community.
P A R T 1 – M E M B E R S H I P B E N E F I T S
1. Exclusive Event Access: Enjoy invitations to premium tastings, seminars, and exclusive events curated for connoisseurs.
2. Priority Reservations: Secure early access to all CASK special events and exclusive ticketed experiences.
3. Curated Discounts: Receive special pricing on select bottles, rare vintages, and premium products, available only to members.
4. Private Tastings: Unlock the privilege of participating in private tastings featuring rare and vintage spirits, wines, and cigars.
5. Educational Sessions: Enhance your expertise with expert-led discussions, virtual streams, and brand ambassador showcases.
6. Specialty Bottle Access: Access a wide selection of rare bottles for in-house enjoyment and discounted purchases.
7. Gourmet Pairings: Experience exclusive food pairings and grill options crafted to complement CASK’s curated selections.
8. Personalized Guidance: Receive tailored recommendations and consultations on Whisky, Wine, Cognac, and other premium spirits.
P A R T 2 – T E R M S O F M E M B E R S H I P
1. Eligibility: Membership is open to discerning individuals who align with CASK’s ethos of excellence and sophistication.
2. Annual Term: Membership is valid for twelve (12) calendar months from the activation date and is renewable annually.
3. Renewal: Membership renews automatically at the end of the term for an additional twelve (12) months. To opt-out, a notice must be given at least 30 days before renewal.
4. Membership Fees: Annual membership is Two Million Naira (NGN 2,000,000). Fees are non-refundable and subject to annual review.
5. Amendments: CASK reserves the right to modify terms and conditions at any time. Changes take eff ect immediately upon notice.
6. Conduct and Termination:
– Any behavior deemed harmful to CASK’s reputation, fraudulent activities, or failure to comply with applicable laws will result in immediate membership termination.
– Termination is a CASK’s sole discretion, with no refund of membership fees.
7. Confidentiality: Members agree to respect the privacy and exclusivity of CASK and its community, refraining from unauthorized disclosures or actions that could compromise its integrity.
8. Data Usage: Information provided by members will be used solely for communication, event updates, and service enhancements.
